Refund policy

At Zanjabeel Bookstore, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy.


Eligibility for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


Procedure for Replacement

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at zanjabeelbookstore@gmail.com within 7 days after receiving your items. After this period, no claims will be entertained.

2. Please provide your order number, book title, and a detailed description of the issue, along with supporting images or videos.

3. Once we receive all the required information, we will ship a replacement copy to you within 3-5 business days

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Autographed books will not be returned and refunded.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember it can take 2 to 3 hours for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
